A 6-week group coaching program for women in medicine who are ready to stop living in survival mode and feel connected to their life again.
Includes:
- Six weekly 90-minute sessions on Zoom
- 3 interactive learning sessions with insightful exercises for self-discovery and rich discussion amongst peers; alternating with,
- 3 open group coaching sessions with individualized attention for each participant
- A PDF workbook

Program Overview
Week 1- Self-Reflection: We’ll stop and come up for air so you can assess exactly where you are in your life now. We’ll explore what is and is not working in the various parts of your life. We’ll clarify your core values and determine where you are putting your time and energy.
Week 2- Group Coaching Session: We will participate in a coaching session together in a comfortable and non-judgmental small group environment. Each participant will have the opportunity to be coached on any topic that is relevant to them. If you do not want to be coached in front of the group, you will never be pressured. You can gain a lot from simply observing in these sessions as well.
Week 3- Self-Discovery: We’ll dig into who you really are underneath all of your various roles and find ways to reconnect to yourself. We’ll identify and question thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back from living life on your terms. By the end of this session, you’ll have a stronger connection to your own inner voice.
Week 4- Group Coaching Session: Another opportunity for coaching amongst a group of supportive peers with shared experiences. It’s a great opportunity to work through anything that has come up as you integrate the learning throughout the program.
Week 5- Empowered Action: We will get clear on a goal that you’d like to set for yourself (big or small). You’ll leave with actionable steps to get you moving from where you are to where you want to be. We’ll talk about healthy boundaries and other practices that will help you make sustainable change.
Week 6- Group Coaching Session: Participate and/or observe the power of coaching in our final session. I’ll be here to support you as you determine how you want to keep going with your new ways of thinking and living beyond this group.
I designed this program specifically for female physicians based on my own experience with burnout. It includes exactly the kind of self-discovery work that I needed at that point in my life but wasn’t able to find.
